ATLANTIC SALMON PORTIONS

All individual portions of Salmon are Pinbone Out, without skin. Vacuum packed to ensure that you get the finest quality of salmon available.

Especially good for grilling, the Salmon Fillets are trimmed, with Skin and Pinbone Out.


Smoked Salmon

ATLANTIC SALMON FILLETS
WITHOUT SKIN (0.9 to 1.5 kgs)

Ready to Cook, the Salmon Fillets are trimmed, without Skin and Pinbone Out.

Prior to smoking, the fillets are generously trimmed. Fins and bones are removed. Fat from the belly is removed entirely. A mixture of salt and sugar is applied before the fillets are dried. The fillets are smoked by experts in accordance with a good, old Norwegian recipe. Exact monitoring of the temperature and hygienic factors produce a first class product with a good taste of smoke and a touch of salt.

Salmon is high in protein as well as a rich source of vitamin A, the B-group vitamins and Omega-3 oils.
